I provide individual psychotherapy for adults from my private practice in Sonoma County. Sessions are available in English or Spanish.
My approach is integrative and practical. I draw on cognitive-behavioral methods, acceptance-based strategies, and an understanding of how physical and psychological experience interact—particularly relevant for clients dealing with chronic pain or medical conditions.
I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative: we identify what's actually getting in the way, build concrete skills, and work toward meaningful changes in how you're living your life.
I provide psychotherapy directly in Spanish. This isn't interpretation—it's native-level clinical work. For Spanish-speaking clients, particularly those navigating complex systems like workers' compensation or immigration, this matters.
