Beyond clinical practice and forensic consulting, I develop evidence-based educational programming for individuals navigating injury, chronic pain, and vocational transition.
I develop curriculum designed for injured workers in the California Workers' Compensation system. The program takes a "whole person" approach—addressing physical, emotional, psychological, and vocational dimensions of recovery.
The program is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and built around practical skill development rather than passive education.
Injured workers are often thrust into a complex, adversarial system with little support for the psychological and vocational challenges they face. The gap between what the system provides and what people actually need is significant. This curriculum is an attempt to fill that gap—giving individuals the knowledge and skills to advocate for themselves, manage their recovery, and rebuild meaningful work lives.
The curriculum can be adapted for different delivery formats and populations. If you're involved in injured worker advocacy, rehabilitation programming, or vocational services and want to discuss implementation, I'm happy to talk.
